The start of the journey!

From today's session I have found that my learning style was in the accommodating region. While I identified with these characteristics I was quite surprised by how skewed my data was. This then made me look at the regions I had not scored highly in. This led to me realising I need to address the following :

Tune into the feelings of others

Listen with an open mind

Imagine implications of ambiguous situations

Test theories with others

Build conceptual models

Design experiments

This is where I will now focus whilst looking at my leadership challenge.
